1. Data controller

2. What data we process

We process the data you provide through the booking request form: full name, email address, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and the message you send us. If you book a table at the restaurant, we also process the booking form data: name, email address, phone number, booking date, number of guests, chosen menus, comments and payment status.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed to respond to your request, check availability and manage the booking. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form and the performance of the pre-contractual measures you request.

4. Processor and sub-processors

The development and maintenance of the website are carried out by serpixel (Clever European Business, S.L., tax ID B65291569) as data processor, under article 28 of the GDPR. The following sub-processors are used to provide the service: Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (audience measurement), DigitalOcean (hosting of the reservation system, EU data centre), Stripe (card payments; card data is handled exclusively by Stripe), Resend (transactional email delivery) and Pexels (images). Any new sub-processor will be notified before it is added.

5. Data retention

The data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, manage the stay, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@pedraforcarural.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
